• Professionally made PVP mold prescription (we will pour the stone as polyvinyl ships and stores better as a backup).
• If possible upper and lower goldstone (not plaster) impressions / study models, with a bite registration, trimmed and bubble free.   

Please note these fangs will be milled and we work with professional CAD software.
